The advisor at Floreat is Ryan S. Olson. Ryan received his doctorate in classics from the University of Oxford. He’s a research professor at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Culture (University of Virginia) and a faculty affiliate of the Human Flourishing Program (Harvard University). Olson has more than 20 years of fundraising and nonprofit leadership experience. He served as a program director at the Kern Family Foundation where he stewarded $120 million in grants for K-12, character and higher education, and as director of the Institute at UVA and president of its support foundation, where he built major gifts and grants programs.
